In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hz77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the hz77 platform, its operators, and its parent entity operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the hz77 website at https://hz77.app, including all subpages, casino games, sports betting markets, payment interfaces, and account management tools.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the hz77 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the hz77 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by hz77.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player from their own financial accounts, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover a Player must generate before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by hz77 before processing withdrawals or as required by our licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary operating currency of the hz77 platform for players based in Pakistan.

By accessing, registering on, or using the hz77 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the hz77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on the hz77 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual sports, and all promotional offers. hz77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided via the platform or by email to registered players.

To register and maintain an account on the hz77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hz77 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Age verification may be requested at any stage of your account's lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, or where hz77 is not licensed to operate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hz77 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. hz77 actively monitors for duplicate registrations using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of intent — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

hz77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hz77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hz77 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your hz77 account on your behalf.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your hz77 account and update it regularly.
• You must notify hz77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

hz77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. hz77 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend an account during such an investigation to protect the Player's funds.

hz77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels including BTC, ETH, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the hz77 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 via mobile wallet channels (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Minimum deposits via bank transfer may differ and will be displayed at the cashier.
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC Prior to Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. hz77 may request CNIC, selfie verification, and proof of the payment method used to deposit.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 4–8 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• Source of Funds: hz77 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of our AML compliance obligations.
• Declined Transactions: hz77 is not liable for deposits declined by your bank or payment provider. Contact your payment provider directly for declined transaction queries.

hz77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals for standard PKR transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers (such as mobile network operators or banks) are outside hz77's control and are the Player's responsibility.

hz77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have accepted the specific promotion's terms at the time of opt-in.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and time limit are stated in each promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• hz77 uses a Bonus Wallet system where applicable — Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money Balance and are wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• hz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the point of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

The hz77 platform offers casino games (slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games), sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, UFC, and international football), and virtual sports. The following rules apply across all game and betting categories:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for statistical fairness. hz77 does not manipulate game results.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game actions (e.g., card deals, roulette spins) conducted by licensed studio dealers and recorded for audit purposes.
• Sports betting odds are set by hz77 and are subject to change prior to event commencement. Accepted bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, hz77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per betting market. Limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market view.
• hz77 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single game session, bet, or series of bets at its reasonable discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international ODIs, Test matches, and T20Is — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before wagering. hz77 provides game information and paytables within each game interface. Questions regarding game rules may be directed to the support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hz77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the hz77 platform in any way not expressly authorised by hz77.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.

All content on the hz77 platform — including but not limited to the hz77 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hz77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the hz77 platform without prior written authorisation from hz77.
• You may not use the hz77 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context — including social media, personal websites, or promotional materials — without express written consent.
• Screen-recording, streaming, or publicly broadcasting gameplay on the hz77 platform requires prior written approval from hz77.

Game content provided by third-party game studios on the hz77 platform remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. All rights in such content are reserved accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hz77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hz77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension resulting from breach of Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

hz77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from these Terms and Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's hz77 account at the time the liability arises.

hz77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that a Player has provided false information during registration.
• A Player's account being flagged for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• hz77 ceasing to operate in a particular market or jurisdiction.

Players may close their own hz77 account at any time by submitting a written request to hz77 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (subject to pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Accounts closed by hz77 for breach of Terms will not have balances returned where the closure is a consequence of prohibited conduct or fraud.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hz77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and hz77 in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a Player's local law requires disputes to be resolved within their home jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of the Player's statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection law.

hz77 encourages Players to attempt to resolve disputes informally through the support team before initiating formal legal proceedings. Players who have exhausted hz77's internal complaints process may escalate their complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

hz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hz77 will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominently displayed notice on the platform. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the updated document.

Your continued use of the hz77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date where possible.
